Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using studiogtm.ai (the "site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

This website

The content on the site is provided for general information. It is not a contract, and it is not professional advice for your specific situation. Booking an intro call creates no obligation on either side.

Services

Services are provided under a written agreement signed for each engagement. That agreement defines everything that applies to the work, and where this site and a signed agreement differ, the agreement wins. Systems built for a client belong to that client as set out in their agreement.

Intellectual property

Except for client-owned systems described above, everything on and behind this site is the property of StudioGTM or its licensors: the content, design, and code of the site, and any resources, tools, templates, documents, software, or other materials StudioGTM publishes or provides (together, the "materials").

You may view the materials and quote or share them unmodified, provided StudioGTM is credited and studiogtm.ai is linked as the source. This applies to any copy, public or private. Automated access that indexes public pages for search or citation, such as search engines and AI assistants, is permitted on the same condition: attribute and link the source.

Everything else requires prior written consent: copying, scraping, or harvesting the materials for reuse; adapting, remixing, or creating derivative works from them; using them for any commercial purpose; redistributing modified versions in any form; or using them to build a competing product, service, or dataset. The StudioGTM name and branding may not be used without written consent.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or interfere with its operation.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and its materials are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Business results depend on factors outside any provider's control, and nothing on the site is a promise about your specific outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudioGTM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Liability within an engagement is governed by that engagement's signed agreement.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with use of the site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
