Engagements

Blueprint, Install, and Run engagements are governed by the written agreement signed for each engagement, which defines scope, price, acceptance checks, and the delivery guarantee. Where this site and a signed agreement differ, the agreement wins.

The guarantee, in short

The systems we scope get built, live, and passing agreed acceptance checks, or we keep working free until they are. The engagement agreement defines the checks, the cure window, and the conditions both sides must hold.

Intellectual property

Systems installed for a client belong to that client, as set out in the engagement agreement. The content, design, and code of this website belong to StudioGTM.
