What your records need is part of the data partner's assessment.

Five steps. You approve each one.

The first is a conversation.A licence and payment come later, under a written agreement.

  1. 1

    A short call

What your team does, where it is kept and how far back it goes.

  2. 2

    A brief you check

We write up what you described and send it to you first.

  3. 3

    The data partner's review

The partner whose buyers fit scopes what your records need.

  4. 4

    Samples only with your approval

Any sample goes from your team to the partner directly, never through us.

  5. 5

    Offers, then your decision

The partner sets out scope, permitted use and terms, and you decide.

Three roles, kept separate.

What kinds of records fit?

Records of completed work with their history attached: the request, what the team did and how it ended. Complete histories matter more than file counts, and several years of them matter most.

Who licenses them?

Companies that build and test AI systems, and the data firms that supply them. The data partner finds and manages the buyer. We name partners only with their permission.

What could our records be worth?

It depends on what they contain, the rights attached and what buyers need at the time. One of our data partners publishes a typical range of $100K to $2M for a licence. A real estimate comes only after the partner has assessed your records.

What about our customers' and staff information?

Business records usually contain names and details of customers, staff and suppliers. What can be included, what is removed and what needs your own advisers' sign off sits at the centre of the partner's assessment. Nothing is shared without your approval.

Who prepares the records?

Specialist data partners do the de-identification and shape the records for AI training, and we help you through each step. What your records need is part of the partner's assessment, and nothing starts without your approval.

How much of our team's time does it take?

The first step is one short call with you. If there is a fit, the partner scopes any further work with the person who runs your systems, and you approve it before anything starts.

How are you paid?

Not by you. The buyer or data partner pays our fee, only if a licence completes. We set it out in writing before any introduction.
